The next monthly meeting of the Gateway Division will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church in West St. Louis County. Dave Ackmann will present “Building Billboards for the Baden, Vogt and DeSmet Railroad.” Dave will cover acquiring prototypical art work, making decals, building supporting structures, and creating construction fixtures. Since there is a small bit of math involved in creating billboards, Dave has created a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that makes it all easy which you can download at https://www.gatewaynmra.org/documents/dave-ackmann-ho-billboard-worksheet.xlsx. Our monthly meetings are always open to the public. Refreshments are provided at the meeting. Guests are always welcome.
