The next monthly meeting of the Gateway Division will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2013 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall in O’Fallon, Illinois. Bring your “Paper Diorama Contest” entry for judging and display. The contest rules and paper diorama suggestions were handed out at our August 2013 meeting and now it is time to display your diorama. Judging will be by popular vote with awards made in two categories, “Craftsman” (individuals who won a previous kitbashing contest award) and “Novice” (no previous kitbashing contest award). The award winners will make a brief presentation on how they created and constructed their diorama. Mark Twain gift cards will be the prizes for both categories. Our monthly meetings are always open to the public. Refreshments are provided at the meeting. Guests are always welcome.
